At Impact Christian Centre we seek to build lives that are pleasing to the Lord. We want to encounter Him every day both individually and in community.
Training in the word
Our Sunday services are interactive, accessible and focused around taking you deeper in the word.
We believe there is no substitute for the 66 books of the bible, they must be the foundation of all that we do.
We take Sermon on the mount (Matt 5-7) as the basis of a Christian life and encourage our members to study, consider and seek to live it out.
We believe in Jesus, the Father and the Holy Spirit and welcome the prophetic.
We want to know God's desire for this nation and partner with Him to see His kingdom come.
We believe that Jesus is coming back soon and train people to be ready for the unfolding of the end times. (Matt 24, Matt 25:1-13, Zeph 1:14, Rev 3:7-13, Rev 6-21, Rev 22:7)
Prayer
God said that His house would be called a house of prayer (Is 56:7).
We believe that prayer is pivotal to all that we do because:
It lets us connect with who God is and how He feels about us
And it releases God’s will on the earth
We believe that devotional prayer times and intercession are key to a healthy life in God.
We also believe that singing is a vital partner to prayer and practice the 'Harp and Bowl' method of combining worship and prayer.
