Pastor Phil is an anointed teacher with a friendly and accessible preaching style. He is passionate about taking the deep things of God and equipping others to understand and obtain them. He is passionate about studying the bible and truly delights himself in God’s word.
Pastor Sarah is prophetically gifted and brings oversight to the prayer and worship ministries. She has a passion for intercession and raising up a company of believers who encounter the beauty of God’s heart and from this contend for justice in the earth.

Pastors Phil and Sarah Wilson and ICC come are under the covering of Christian International Europe and are directly accountable to Dr Sharon Stone and her husband Greg Black.

The Pastors' testimony
“Neither of us were raised in Christian homes but we began our walk with the Lord after a precious group of women faithfully prayed for us before we ever went to church. Our Christian life began in a very traditional church where we learnt the basics of Christianity. In the early 90s a friend gave us a cassette series which would radically transform our lives. We wanted the kind of relationship with the Lord that we heard this preacher describing and within a short time we decided to leave England with our three young daughters and move to California to attend bible school. After graduating we served in several ministerial offices within the church and bible school before returning to England and starting ICC.
Our heart is that we would partner with the Lord to raise up a community that love God wholeheartedly, love God’s Word and are faithful in prayer. We want God to have a dwelling place, a group of people who are passionate about Him and who will be faithful witnesses of Jesus to a nation in desperate need of encountering a gracious and loving God.
